Introduction

Guava is modern personal software that simplifies communication within a company and brings people closer to the organization.

You can join Guava via email or phone number. A personal user account is created for each person in Guava. If a company decides to use Guava, it's wise to keep an eye on your inbox or phone messages to join the platform using the instructions provided in the invitation.

Guava Desktop Version

Depending on the Guava modules and options used by the company, the user menu may vary.

Guava Functionality

Home Page - The home page consolidates everything important for the user. Posts intended for you from both the news feed and your groups. If there is an upcoming calendar event or an interesting company challenge, this information is also displayed on the home page.

News Feed - The news feed contains all posts that are publicly made within the company.

Groups - Groups are intended for discussing topics. There are both private groups, where the right people are pre-added, and public groups, where you can join yourself. If a user is a member of a group, those posts are also displayed on the home page.

E-learning - A special module that enables the company to train users with necessary work-related knowledge. For example, work safety, company operation information, etc.

Documents - Under documents, users can find important company documents such as forms, important company links, and other information deemed important by the company, like work schedules, work regulations, etc.
